Circa 1908 L20 &  L50 College Leather Blanket, framed and matted.

 This blanket consists of 84 leather pennants stitched together. College seal leathers were issued in 1908 by a wide variety of cigarette brands including Mogul, Murad, Egyptienne Straights, Turkey Red (Burdick designation L20).There were numerous styles of these leather seals. Each seal measures approximately 2" X 2.5". The frame measures 25" X 20". This a unique one of kind piece and is in amazing condition for its age!!
