Let me introduce myself. I am Ed from the lovely state of New Jersey. Lovely? NOT!! LOL!!! Unfortunately, with todays economy, I am stuck here in this godforsaken state for the time being. They say the grass is always greener, but I am sure no matter where you go, there are problems. So I just hang in there.

I grew up on Long Beach Island on my father's Marina in Surf City and spent countless days and nights on the water. Fishing is my first passion, and I still spend countless days and nights out on the water.

Besides fishing, my second passion is sports memorabilia. I have been collecting since I was a kid. Back in the days of the ole baseball cards in the bicycle spokes! Sure don't see that much more, now do we? I am in my 50's now, and have amassed quite a personal collection, that I just don't have the heart to part with....yet!

I thought about it, and went over what I could sell, and since I have the knowledge and background in sports memorabilia, Jersey Coast Collectibles was born.

I go to as many card shows in my area as possible looking for deals, and I also purchase high end items from the bigger auction houses from time to time. When I find a good deal, I break it up and pass it along to my customers. I have a full time job. This is just a hobby for me, it's fun, and it's good to know that the people buying my items are going to appreciate them for many years to come. And its nice to make a little profit too!
